Refund policy

We want you to love every Velvara product. If you're not completely satisfied we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be:

• Unused and in original condition
• In original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

To initiate a return contact us at velvaraglow@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges We replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange contact us at velvaraglow@gmail.com

Non-returnable Items For hygiene reasons the following items cannot be returned once opened:

• LED therapy masks
• Facial roller sets
• Essential oils

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
