How long does shipping take? We ship worldwide. Orders typically arrive within 7–15 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

Do you offer free shipping? Yes — we offer free shipping on all orders over $60.

What is your return policy? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please contact us at hello@velvaraglow.com to initiate a return.

Can I change or cancel my order? Orders can be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of placement. After that the order will have been processed and we are unable to make changes.
